Despite a recent news report that the proceedings for acquisition and condemnation of property needed for the round-about at 15th and "A" were "unanimously" approved by the City Council, the decision was actually 4-3 with Granger, Valentine, and myself voting "no". The proceedings however have sparked renewed controversy over the round-about and street maintenance in general.
